The Updated Check-In Date For CBNU Dormitory

Chungbuk National University has decided to defer the official check-in date for the dormitory on campus in line with the execution of Online classes due to the spread of COVID-19. Please refer to the below changes.

■ The updated operation period for 2020 Spring semester
Mar. 28 ~ July 2, 2020(For 96days)

■ The updated check-In date for 2020 Spring semester
Mar. 28 ~ 29, 2020(For 2days)
* Students who already booked a flight ticket which is not refundable can still check in from Mar. 15, 2020. Besides these students, we encourage you to postpone your flight schedule until Mar. 28, 2020.

■ Reimbursement policy
CBNU dormitory will reimburse the fee incurred by the deferred check-in in April, 2020.

■ Check-Out(Cancellation)
Anyone who would like to cancel the dormitory can submit the form of cancellation until Mar. 27, 2020 to receive the full reimbursement.
