[학부 및 대학원 지원자 대상] 표준입학허가서(COA) 받는 방법

■ When can I receive my Certificate of Admission(COA) for VISA process in my country? (표준입학허가서를 언제 받을 수 있나요?)

→ You will get your COA before the first semester begins at last. Normally you would get it within a month after you pay tuition.
In order to get COA, you must submit Financial proof(Certi. of Bank balance) and Apostille/Consular attested academic certificates(degree or Graduation certificate, transcript).
(일반적으로 첫 학기 등록금 납부 후 한달 이내 표준입학허가서가 발송되며, 늦어도 첫 학기 시작 전에는 받을 수 있습니다. 
표준입학허가서를 받기 위해서는 은행잔고증명서와 최종 아포스티유 인증/영사확인 처리된 학력서류(학위증명서, 졸업증명서, 성적표)를 제출해야 합니다.)

■ Expiration date of COA(표준입학허가서 유효기간)

→ The expiration date of COA is 3months. So if it passes more than 3months after the issuance date on your COA due to taking a leave of absence or whatever the reason is, you must ask for an updated COA to the office of International Affairs(OIA) to apply for VISA.
(표준입학허가서의 유효기간은 3개월입니다. 만약 휴학 등의 사유로 표준입학허가서 하단 발급일로부터 3개월이 지난 경우, 국제부서로 연락하여 새로 발급받아야 비자신청이 가능합니다.)

■ Deadline of Arrival in Korea(비자발급 후, 입국기한)

→ You must enter Korean within 3months after your VISA has been issued.
(비자를 받은 후, 3개월 내 한국에 입국해야 합니다.)
