2025학년도 전기(국내체류) 외국인신입생을대상으로아래와같이단체비자변경신청을진행하고자합니다.
해당되는유학생들은신청서류를준비하여국제교류본부로제출하시기바랍니다.
□대 상:2025학년도 전기 대학(원) 외국인특별전형에 지원하여 합격한 후 등록금을 납부한 자 중 아래 해당 자
D-4, D-10→ D-2 변경자
D-2 →D-2 변경자[학사→석사, 석사→박사(통합)]
단, F 비자 소지자의 경우, D-2 비자로 변경하지 않아도 됨
□신청기간 2월 10일~2월 18일

(1차)2025. 2. 20.(목)오전 9:30~오후 17:00(11:30~13:00점심시간 제외)

□유의사항
- 학기 시작 전(2025. 2. 28.)까지 개별 또는 단체로 비자변경신청(서류제출)을 완료해야함(기간 초과 시,벌금 부과)
- 외국인출입국사무소 요청에 따라 아래 서류 외 추가서류(잔고증명 금액 추가 등)를 요구할 수 있음
★ 현재 VISA 만료일이 얼마 남지 않은 자는 ‘단체신청’이 아닌 출입국으로 방문하여 ‘개별신청’ 할 것(변경기간 도과로 인한 벌금부과 시, 지원자 책임임)
- ‘1. 통합신청서’는 개별로 직접 인쇄하여 작성완료 후 제출
- 6. 여권, 9. 체류지입증서류는 ‘원본’이 아닌 ‘복사본’ 제출
★2. 표준입학허가서(COA) → 당일 잔고증명서(원본) 미제출 시 ‘발급 불가’

D-2 Holders →D-2 [BA→MA, MA→Dotoral(Combined)]
In case of F type VISA holders, you don't need to change your VISA to D type VISA

□Important Notes
- You must submit VISA change application via either an ‘Individual’ or a ‘Group’ application by Feb. 28, 2025(A fine will be charged if it's not completed before the start of the first semester.)
- Additional documents(Extra Financial proof) might be required by the Immigration Office's request.
- If your VISA is about to expire soon, please visit the Immigration office individually. Do NOT submit your application to us. Any penalty due to the overdue application is on you.)
- ‘1. Application Form (Report Form)’ must be submitted in person with a hard copy form.
- When it comes to 6. Passport and 9. Proof of Residence, please submit the copies of the original documents.
Important: ‘2. Certificate of Admission(COA)’ will NOT be issued without original certificate of Bank balance.
