We, CBNU OIA officially announce the application schedule for 2025 Spring Admission.

2025학년도 전기 외국인특별전형 접수기간을 아래와 같이 안내합니다.
최종 모집요강은 오는 9월 중순~말에 공지될 예정이오니, 그 전까지는 현재 업로드된 모집요강을 참고하여 주시기 바랍니다

*  HOW TO APPLY? (신청방법)

[Step A] Online Application(온라인접수): Oct. 14 ~ 25, 2024
                              +
[Step B] Docs Submission by post(원본서류제출): Oct. 14 ~ 25, 2024

a. Academic certificates(Degree/Certificate of Graduation, Transcript) must be apostilled (Or consular confirmed) 
If your document is unable to be re-issued, please keep the original and obtain an apostille (or consular confirmation) on a notarized copy 

b. Simple photocopies or notarized copies of the apostilled (or consular confirmed) documents are NOT accepted. However, a certified true copy (등본 인증) issued by a Korean embassy or a certified true copy issued by a government agency that initially issued the original apostille document are accepted

c. If the authenticity of the submitted document is unclear, such application may be put at a disadvantage during evaluation                               

d. If an applicant graduated from a third country, he or she may obtain a consular confirmation from the Korean embassy of the relevant country for the graduation certificate and academic transcript

e. Required certificates that are issued in digital format must also be apostilled (or consular confirmed)

f. If there is an expiration date on an apostilled or consular confirmed document, the validity of the document will be judged based on the date indicated on the authentication. If there is no specific date indicated, the document will be accepted if it was submitted within 2 years from the date of authentication

a. 모든 학력관련 ‘증명 서류’(학위, 졸업증명서, 성적표 등)는 아포스티유 확인(또는 영사확인)을 받아 제출(중국 제외).
재발급이 불가한 증명 서류는 원본을 지원자가 보관하고, 복사본(또는 공증받은 복사본)에 아포스티유 확인(또는 영사 확인)을 받아 제출 
b. 아포스티유 확인(또는 영사 확인) 서류의 복사본은 아포스티유 확인(또는 영사 확인) 기관에서 ‘등본 인증’을 받은 경우 인정
c. 아포스티유 확인(또는 영사 확인)이 불가한 증명 서류는 해당 서류의 일반 공증본에 아포스티유 확인(또는 영사 확인) 기관으로부터 ‘등본 인증’을 받아 제출 가능하나, 서류가 신뢰할 수 없을 경우 심사에서 불이익을 받을 수 있음
d․ 초청국이 아닌 외국에서 유학한 경우, 학적서류에 대한 아포스티유 확인(또는 영사 확인)은 유학한 국가의 재외공관 영사확인도 인정 
e ․ 전자파일로 발급된 증명 서류도 아포스티유 확인(또는 영사확인) 필수
f. 아포스티유 확인(또는 영사 확인) 서류의 유효기간은 서류에 기재된 기간으로 하되, 기재되어 있지 않은 경우 발급일 기준 2년 이내 

[Step C] Financial Proof Submission by post(재정능력 입증서류 원본 제출)
            : (Domestic Applicant 국내 지원자) Feb. 3 ~ 21, 2024
                             <단, F비자 소지자의 경우, 2월 3일 전 미리 제출 가능(1부만 제출)>
            : (Overseas Applicant 국외 지원자) Oct. 14 ~ 25, 2024
