4. 여권번호(passport no.)

  ※ 중국 외 국적자는 여권 복사본 제출(Non-Chinese Students submit a copy of passport)

5. 한국 입국(예정)일 (Entry date into Korea (planned)

6. 한국체류주소(Residence Address in Korea)

7. 표준입학허가서 받을 이메일 주소(Email address to receive Admission Certificate)

8. 사증 신청 후 접수증을 보내주시기 바랍니다.

9. 사증이 거절되거나 입국을 취소할 경우 유학생 담당자(jiayou@cbnu.ac.kr) 에게 반드시 알려주시기 바랍니다.
